- Yes. The beans are ground to order, as soon as you choose your drink and confirm payment.
- Which drinks are available?
- Eight: espresso, long coffee, coffee with milk, sweet cappuccino, special cappuccino, mocaccino, café cacau and chocolate.
- How can I pay?
- Right there, on the spot: Pix, debit card or credit card.
- Where is Cantim Café?
- Inside Galeria Imperial, at R. Manoel Severino de Oliveira, 653, in the centre of Lagoa da Conceição, Florianópolis.
- Do I need to bring my own cup?
- No. The biodegradable paper cup comes with it, and the organic cane sugar and the cinnamon are right there for you to finish it your way.
- What is the difference between the sweet and the special cappuccino?
- The sweet one comes from a ready blend, already sweetened and very creamy. The special one is built on the spot from three separate things: the beans ground to order, the milk and the chocolate.
- Where does the coffee come from?
- It is 100% arabica, medium roast, roasted in Piumhi, Minas Gerais. Medium body, low acidity and natural sweetness, with fruity and chocolate notes.
- Is there anything without coffee?
- There is. The chocolate is made with fine cocoa and milk powder.
