Cookie policy

Usage analytics and error diagnostics are optional. Dashboard sign-in maintains its own session and works even if you decline these tools.
Before you choose
No cookies and no analytics tools are loaded. The map is an exception: it is only requested from Google when you click to open it. The site works normally without Analytics.
If you accept
Google Analytics measures visits on public pages and may set cookies such as “_ga” and “_gid”. Sentry receives technical error reports from the website and dashboard, without session recordings or cookies in this configuration. Neither tool is required to use the website.
What we store in your browser
Your analytics and diagnostics choice and theme preference stay in local storage. The dashboard also maintains the Google sign-in session.
Google Maps
The map on the “Find us” page loads only if you click to open it. Until you do, nothing is requested from Google. Once loaded, Google receives data about your browsing under its own policies.
Changing your mind
Use “Cookie preferences” in the website or dashboard footer. Withdrawing stops new error reports and removes usage analytics and its cookies.
Blocking in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will keep working.
Support tickets and notifications
By sending, you request support. We use your report and contact only to handle this ticket. Authorized staff access this data in the admin panel. Data is stored in Firebase (Google) and deleted within 90 days after resolution; the audit record excludes the report and contact. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Submitting a ticket requests support independently of your analytics choice. The report and contact are available only to authorized staff while the ticket is open and for up to 90 days after resolution. We retain minimal audit metadata without the text or contact. To prevent abuse, submission limits use identifiers derived from the IP address, without saving the IP in the ticket. Admins may opt into notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): the browser stores a subscription and the server stores its device identifier for up to 30 days, renewed when the support inbox is visited. Notifications contain neither the report nor contact details. Signing out disables alerts in this browser. You can request access, correction or deletion using your reference and the privacy contact on this page.
