A little coffee spot

Cantim started from a simple question: why does a good coffee in Lagoa mean paying café prices, while paying less means giving up on quality?

The idea

Galeria Imperial is a daily crossing point for the people who live in, work in and visit the centre of Lagoa. What it lacked was a middle ground: gourmet coffee ground on the spot, with the convenience of a self-service point.

The coffee

The smell reaches you before the coffee does. The beans are ground right there in front of you, and the machine does the rest — hot, creamy, ready before you've put your phone away.

It's a 100% arabica, medium roast, roasted in Piumhi, in the interior of Minas Gerais. Medium body, natural sweetness, low acidity, with notes of chocolate and fruit.

The space

About one square metre, entirely self-service. You choose, the machine brews, you carry on with your day.
